Sacred Heart Diet (Sacred Heart Medical Diet)

The Sacred Heart Diet (also known as Sacred Heart Medical Diet) is a diet that recommending a stern diet for duration of 7 days with a result of several pounds of weight loss and some detoxification advantage to the human body. It is similar to the Cabbage Soup diet whereby Cabbage Soup diet used plenty of cabbage but not the Sacred Heart Diet.

This diet is relies on vegetables, fruits and lean protein. It is a high fiber, nutrients and mineral diet. Sacred Heart Diet also has some similarity to low carbohydrate diets where it is mainly to avoid refined sugars, flour of any type, fried foods and added fat. Even though there is no scientific proof that the Sacred Heart Diet can have weight loss, it is a good way to have a stomach filling and get more than 5 types of vegetables in a day. However, some people might have stomach cramps provided the body system is not yet used to this method of eating.

While on this diet, the main course is mainly the prepared sacred heart soup. Each day for 7 day at any time when feeling hungry is to consume the soup. Nevertheless, there will be some other solid food to be consumed as illustrated in the meal plan section below.

The diet is mainly a mix of cooked vegetables that has been created the day before started the diet. Sacred Heart Medical Diet soup will fill the dieter up so they do not feel hungry and eat something they should not. The weight loss with the Sacred Heart Medical Diet is only temporary and the weight may come back to the dieter if the dieter does not practice proper diet after the Sacred Heart Diet is completed.
